The Delta Chi Fraternity would like to thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to review this letter and for all your support in the past. The purpose for the letter is to explain and outline the promotional plans of the Delta Chi Fraternity for the upcoming semester and year. We are all expecting a great turn out for "Greek life." The entire campus is experiencing a tremendous boom in interest this year, and this is expected to build in the years to come. As you are aware, college students are also consumers. We understand that just giving money to an organization is not necessarily a prudent business decision. In return for your contribution your business logo will be printed on the backs of our "rush" t-shirts, which all members of the fraternity are required to wear on each Friday. We would be happy to promote your business by letting students know the message you want to get across verbally to all that inquire about your logo from the shirts. Please provide us with any information, catch-phrase, or otherwise with your contribution along with a graphic image of your logo.

We believe that our benefactors should know what the money will go for. This is not the complete list and we will include additional events as they are added:

our annual luau party which is our biggest rush event,
our annual new member retreat,
the preference dinner,
and multiple brotherhood and team building events.

As you may expect, our funds are limited and we would greatly appreciate any kind of financial assistance you or your organization can provide. The Delta Chi Fraternity promises to make every effort to make your investment in us a profitable venture.

Thank you for taking the time to investigate the resources we have developed for our alumni as they continue to be involved with Delta Chi in various ways. Whether as a support alumnus for an undergraduate chapter, as a member of an alumni chapter, as an active financial contributor to the programming of the Fraternity, or as a successful member living up to your oath as a brother in your daily life, all forms of involvement are greatly appreciated. Delta Chi alumni chapters are recognized, voting groups consisting of alumni from various chapters and colonies organized in a particular geographic area or city. They provide an opportunity for area alumni to be involved with Delta Chi, and to socialize and network with brothers even if they live hundreds of miles from their initiating chapter or colony. more..

For those brothers who have taken an active role as advisors and mentors to our undergraduate chapters, here is a list of resources that may aid in your efforts. You are encouraged to use these resources to assemble a "notebook" or manual to pass down to future brothers who will follow in your footsteps. Please keep the materials up-to-date as financial and date sensitive materials will be updated.

To ensure proper delivery of your Quarterly and other alumni information, please make sure to update your address, phone number, e-mail address and other contact information any time it changes. The more accurate our database is, the less money will be wasted mailing materials to bad addresses by Delta Chi, by area alumni chapters and by your local chapter/colony that all get addresses for local alumni newsletters and invitations from us. update now...

Although Delta Chi cannot by law provide member-only job networking opportunities without jeopardizing its single-gender status (discrimination on the basis of gender), the Fraternity can provide resources for effective job networking opportunities to its members.
